online donation – such as your name, home address or

and process your donation.
We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new projects
and giving feedback to supporters. Other than this, The Rachel
Swart Fund will not send you e-mail that you have not agreed
to receive. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any

with ‘remove’ in the subject line.
Security policy
All online credit card transactions are processed by Virtual
Card Services (VCS), a certified 'Verified by Visa' and 'Securecode'
enabled payment gateway. The company protects the security
of information during transmission by using 128 bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information supplied
by the cardholder. Encryption complies with international
standards.
VCS servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection
systems. The company registration documents and the site's
registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte.
Donations
All transactions are processed in South African Rand [ZAR].
For the convenience of web users wishing to donate from outside
South Africa, a currency converter is provided as a guide.
While our currency conversion factors are regularly updated,
this site provides no guarantees as to the accuracy of the
currency conversions.
Refunds
Should you wish for any reason to cancel your online credit
card donation, you may do so within seven (7) days and receive
a full refund (less bank charges). Kindly notify us of any
refund required by emailing rachelswart@absamail.co.za
