TRISTAN LUES: (18 Months) from Johannesburg, was diagnosed with Dandi Walker Malformation. Due to this neurological condition he was delayed in his development. He was in need of a Shonaquip Madiba Buggy as the device will offer support to his head and body. An application for help was submitted by his mother. The Fund supplied a small Madiba Buggy for him on 28 October 2008 from Shonaquip. The mother was overwhelmed when they took receipt of the appliances early in this year. Pictured in his chair
