Patricia Bele
PATRICIA BELE: (70) of Langa suffered from osteo-arthritis and had sustained fractures of both her legs and one arm. She used a manual wheelchair but had difficulty pushing it. She needed a 45cm motorized wheelchair to improve her level of independency.. The Rachel Swart Fund bought her a motorized wheelchair in May 2007. Attached is a photo of Mrs Bele in her new chair.
